A sumptuous double size bed, paired with sleek bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe, creates a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance. The en-suite bathroom is a modern retreat, featuring premium fittings and a walk-in rainfall shower for a spa-like experience. On the same floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, a serene escape with a plush double-size bed, ample storage, and soft lighting to ensure restful nights.   
  
Ascending to the first floor, the open-plan living and dining area exudes charm and practicality. Two inviting sofas offer the perfect spot for unwinding, while the dining table comfortably seats four for meals or work. The room is bathed in natural light from oversized windows, which also frame views of the bustling Harbourside. The kitchen, finished with matte cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances, is fully equipped for all your culinary endeavours.   
  
Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill.

Finlay’s Yard is located in the historic Northern Quarter, a neighbourhood steeped in Manchester’s industrial heritage, yet brimming with modern culture, independent boutiques, and trendy eateries.   
  
Within walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly, the universities, and the city’s best shopping spots, this is an ideal location to explore all the city has to offer. Despite the central location, the apartment provides easy access to the ring road and Manchester International Airport, making travel in and out of the city convenient.   
  
Parking spaces are not available, but the property is less than 10 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

We wiill be your hosts and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help.  
  
We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.  
  
The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.  
  
When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.  
Our standard check in time is 15:00-21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.
