The stucco was cracked and green with moss. Even the flags waving in the breeze were tattered (except for Old Glory, thank God!). But, once we opened the door to our unit, we were delightfully surprised. Giddy, to be exact. Our unit was renovated with up-to-date colors, furnishings, and appliances. The modern decor was clean, welcoming, and free of clutter and dust-gathering knick knacks. I had trouble a couple of times with the entry code, and the owner was more than friendly and helpful.
