At 10:00 at night there was a banging on my door and shouting, although I had put “do not disturb” on the door. The receptionist was there saying that the card had been incorrectly charged to a different room. She wanted me to go back to reception, although I was ready for bed. I pointed out the “do not disturb” notice, refused to go to reception, and said we could sort it out in the morning. In the morning, I went to reception. The receptionist said she had sorted out the problem, but did not apologize for disturbing me the previous evening.

"Room appearance was clean, however it had an extremely fowl mildew odors, asked another guest about thier room and they had same issue so we used lots of lysol and deodorizer, toilet started turning black after couple days as if they didn’t use a bleach cleaner to clean with"
