"Great place on the beach if that is important to you. I had a beautiful ocean front room. Room was clean. Beach towels that were provided were in short supply. But it is nice that a beach chair, small table, beach umbrella and beach towels are included the the high price resort fee you pay. "

"I don't even have words to describe my experience at The Jaxon!!!!! Everything so clean, so organized, new! We love Olga's service, super attentive and kind. I would give 1000 stars if I could! I had to use two rooms and both were impeccable 👏👏👏👏 I recommend it with my eyes closed for sure ♥️ my husband and I are very satisfied"

"Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone. "

"Kristen was very responsive and accommodating. The house was close to all the events we needed to be at in West Palm Beach. It was a quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful (there are iguanas so if you don't like reptiles, maybe make noise before you head outside). There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, seasonings, sunblock and toiletries if you forgot anything. Overall the home was beautiful, washer and dryer was amazing to have and everything looked like the photos online except the exterior but that's normal wear and tear (minimal). I will recommend this property to anyone. "
