I have worked in several luxury hotels in Dallas, TX and so I have some experience in hospitality. I know what to look for. My guest and I were delighted from the moment we were greeted by the doormen. Everyone was very professional and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent, our room 2280 was most luxurious, the pool was perfect. I will return! Thank you Sivatel staff and thank you specifically to the 17th floor staff and the 8th floor staff and kitchen and the doormen on the first floor. Sivatel hospitality lives up to the Thai reputation. This was probably the best hotel I ever been to. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing as well, and you get great service from the staff.
