I had 2 dirty pillow cases and the duvet cover, I had to ask them to change.

DONT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE NO CAR WITH YOU.
Hotel is far away from anything in Bahrain; Have to depend on Taxis which is not easy at all. They insist on instant payment for even room service. Breakfast reasonable.
Great hotel, with courteous staff. Areas of improvement: elevators had visible fingerprint marks all over its shiny interior. Management should look into this.

Front office staff were excellent. They extended our stay until 3pm due to our flight schedule. They were very kind effective. Rooms are very clean and organized. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety. However, I did not see a single Bible in the drawers for my personal meditation.

Check in to a half and hour, the entire floor smell like the back of Petco, Wi-Fi went down several times in the 2 days I was there, and the hot and cold water for the showers was inconsistent. It is a shame because the hotel itself looked nice and the rooms were well decorated. have to give this place 2 out of 5 stars

The room were exactly like pictured, very clean, new. Our room had a big soaking tub with shower and a waterfall shower next to it. The hotel was within walking distance to a convenience store, pizzeria, burgers, coffee and more.

Smelly Hotel
Check in was quick and efficient. Bellhops took care of my luggage during check in and out. The room was smelly and unbearably cold when I entered. The thermostat was set to 17 degrees. The windows do not open, so I could not get any fresh air. The hallways and room smelled terrible. The bathroom had a sewage smell. The bed was comfortable.

Room is good size and the bed is comfortable. Placement of the light switches is a little bit annoying but the main disappointing thing is that the bed comfortable was dirty. House cleaning needs to do a better job with the rooms and quit only doing partial cleaning.

New hotel. Would have liked to have more channels on TV, maybe more movie channels, but overall it was a pleasant stay. About a 20 min walk to "American Alley", where you can find all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was also excellent.

The room is big enough but the bed is to hard, the cleaning of the room is very good. The breakfast choice is good and the staff is very friendly en helpfully. Free parking in the garage or outsite is oke.
Only the noises from outside is terrible every night you here people out from the bar or disco and they got to their cars and talking loud, we were on the 12th floor and we were every night awake of this. Also you hear the elevators and people coming into their rooms.
But the location is nearby the mosque and the city.
Am Rande eines Neubaugebietes. Bushaltestelle 600 m vor dem Hotel. Ideal für Spaziergänger. Ruhige Gegend.
Reichhaltiges Büffet. Traditionelles und Libanesisches Restaurant. Dachterrasse mit Swimmingpool, Thaimassage.

Excellent hotel. Tres propre et magnifique petit dejeuner. Dommage qu’il n’existe pas 3 lits dans une chambre qu’on souhaitait triple. Ils nous ont rajouté un lit d’appoint pour le 3 eme adulte qui n’etait pas confortable

يوجد رائحة كريهه في الغرف اعتقد لها علاقة بعدم تنشيف الموكيت قبل الاستعمال ، عن الشكوى اتى عامل نظافة الغرف وقام برش معطر ولكن الوضع عاد الى ما كان بعد ٣٠ دقيقة

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping in my hotel, however I am certainly glad you brought the issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks.
Whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion.
I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at our hotel & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay.
