One thing unique about this property is their staff. All are amazingly courteous and jolly. The pretty Indian lady (Sneha) at the front desk was extremely kind. The property itself is a good place to relax. Quiet location and conveniently located near Seef mall and restaurants. Will definitely be stay here again and will be recommending to fellow travellers.

Great friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable. Desk staff very knowledgable and helpful. One downfall, the water ran very hot and cold whilst taking a shower !!!

Overnight stay

Overall a good hotel. I reserved a room with a queen bed but found the room had 2 single beds pushed together to make a queen. The front desk moved me to the correct room.

Hotel is ok overall. There is room for improvement. Gym is broken, rooms need to be refurbished and food needs to be changed every morning rather than same everyday. The only thing I loved the hotel is the bed, it was comfortable.

Convenient Location

I stayed for one Day. It was great. However I saw another lady client complaining about their suite (water tap not working, etc). I like the room. It is hard wood floor, spacious and the bathroom was big. They did not include tea bags/coffee in your room although there is a coffer maker. I had my own and I just asked for hot water and the service was quick. The house keeping service personal are kind and friendly. The place is close and walking distance to the Seif mall where I bought my SimCard and also close to Karbabad beach which I didn't get a chance to visit this time.

Hotel still needs to work out its service issues..

Preetha, the receptionist was the best part of the hotel. She was great. Other than that, the hotel is weird. No one was allowed to check in before 2pm so you had people hanging out in the lobby waiting. Shower Drain didnt drain properly. When I left the iron and iron board out, housekeeping felt it was best left out in the middle of the room. Also not enough plugs. When I unplugged one of the lamps, I returned to room, with the lamp unplugged. Also no entrance on the main road.
