This meticulously maintained home with beautiful lagoon views features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - sleeps 6 comfortably. The two bedrooms are on the first floor with 2 baths. A master bedroom and full bath is on the second floor. It is close to restaurants, a bait shop and a bagel shop. Only a 7 minute drive to the beach. Come, relax and enjoy!

Very nice home! It was just what we needed for the wedding we were in town to attend. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the kayaks and spent more time out on the deck! Would definitely go back there again!

A perfect weekend stay!

The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Two friends and I were in town for a wedding at Bonnet Island Estate. The location was amazing, with a perfect view of the sunset each night. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was clean and organized, we never even had to reach out to the owner for any questions/concerns. Since we were so busy with wedding activities, we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use any of the outdoor amenities, but I loved that they were available to us.

This House Has It All!

This house was all we hoped for, couldn’t ask for more! Beautiful home with all we needed for a great vacation week with kids and grandkids. House was very clean and organized with all the accessories. Great location on the lagoon and close to the beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and other outdoor recreation items provided. Len was very hospitable and helpful providing advise and answering questions since we were first time visitors to LBI. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful Location

Four of us including two sisters from VA and two sisters from NJ had a Sisters weekend with time spent in beach Haven West and on Long Beach Island. This house and location were beautiful! It got quite chilly over the weekend and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to stop running. The owner, Len, responded to my message about the air by remotely turning it off and the heat on. So appreciated! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again!

October Birthdays

Trip to NJ to celebrate October birthdays and visit our grands, age 2 and 3. Property was well equipped with everything, except linens, we could need. Lots of extras, K cups, plastic wrap, etc. Very clean and updated. Deck area was updated with plenty of chairs. You do have a flight of stairs into the house. Hopefully we will be back!

Fantastic home on the water!

My family had a cousins reunion on LBI, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found Len's property. The outside is immaculate, and we did love all the extras that the rental offered - floats, kayaks, crabbing and fishing equipment, etc. The only thing I wish they also had was a stand up paddle board but that was by no means a deal breaker. :) The home is spectacular upon entering with the high ceilings. Needless to say, my cousins were very happy with the place. The drive to LBI was also very convenient which was helpful. Len was an excellent host - extremely responsive. I would stay again. :)

My family has been coming to LBI for day trips for years but decided to stay a little longer this time. As anyone familiar with the island knows, most rentals are booked by the week with Saturday/Saturday switchovers. Our situation prevented us from taking a full week's vacation, which limited our rental options---but wow, did we luck out! Len's house is conveniently located, reasonably priced, and absolutely beautiful inside. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was ideal for my husband and I plus our 16-year-old son and his friend. The home is immaculately maintained and filled with every possible amenity you could want. Inside, we found a new sofa, updated bathrooms, new kitchen/laundry appliances, Smart TVs with cable (Philly and NY sports!), and 3 clean, comfy mattresses. Outside, there was a fully functional gas grill (less common than you might think), kayaks with life vests, a crab trap, cornhole, and bikes with helmets. On top of all these features, there were plenty of other items that I used to think were givens but have been missing from several rentals where we've recently stayed: hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets. The bedside nightstands even had lamps with bulbs AND were plugged in---we've learned that a lot of short-term rentals have lamps that are just for show. Our son and his friend loved being able to escape to the deck in the evenings--just a perfect getaway for all of us!

We arrived to an immaculately clean home.Everything was as described including the amazing sunset view! The house was well equipped with everything you could need.The beds were comfortable, wifi worked great as did the weber grill on the deck. The host was readily available for questions and recommendations. The beach chairs and umbrella worked great. This is a great house with a great location We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!
