Not safe to be out at night

Had a great breakfast !! When we checked out and got to our next hotel we could not locate a Panama travel book and some tanning lotion.. We went back to the hotel the next day and inqured about them and the hotel did not have them.. We strongly suspect they where taken from our room John

El costo de acuerdo a las instalaciones es muy bueno, el trato del personal excelente, la limpieza es buena y la ubicación es buena, esta muy cerca de todos las atracciones principales de la ciudad. Si volvemos a Granada de fijo volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hoye.

Nice small pool, comfortable beds, clean and friendly!

We're a family of 4 and we stayed here for 2 nights. Our kids loved the pool, everything was very clean and the front desk staff were kind and helpful with a pleasant smile for everyone. The location was great, only 5-10 minute walk into central park and the tourist area. The supermarket was half a block away for the quick groceries we needed and for the price of $50/night you can not go wrong. Very budget friendly and worth every penny. The beds were extremely comfortable and the a/c was a treat.

Clean hotel but bad service

The hotel is clean and comfortable, however the wifi only works outside the hotel room and near the pool or lobby...the staff isn't helpful and are not informed about their reservations. I had to call Expedia to resolve my reservation because they refused to give me the room. They wanted to charge about $60 more for my stay. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bueno, pero no se puede confiar en la reserva

El Hotel ha si remodelado y está bien, lo que NO ESTA NADA BIEN es que la habitación tiene dos aposentos y la pantalla de TV está del lado de la cocina y no hay un sofá para poder mirar la TV y no hay manera de que llegue al dormitorio. Por otra parte, NO SE si es responsabilidad del hotel o de Hotels.com que al llegar no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre, así que el administrador me ha llevado por dos hoteles para que yo escogiera alguno a mi gusto y la verdad que ha sido todo un disgusto. Al final, para que me tranquilizara, me ha dado una habitación para otro día a mitad de precio, pero con el inconveniente de la pantalla en el área de cocina. Como le decía al Sr. administrador, si yo no me presento,me cobran igual el NOSHOW, pero si ellos u Hotels.com incumplen, quien se hace responsable o me pagan la indenmización???? Obviamente, que no obtuve respuesta.

Lovely Hotel in Granada with its Pros and Cons

Overall a Lovely Place to stay to stay in Granada…Offering spacious comfortable rooms at affordable prices. Loved such perks as The pool & Free wifi. I must say though the staff was not always the most efficient and often times felt more could be done as far as a better experience for the Guest. First off the street the Hotel is located on is quite isolated and can be quite sketchy looking at night. I would imagine that for safety reasons the Main door was locked after a certain time,which made it stressful when I found myself knocking for over 10 minutes several evenings because who ever was supposed to be at the front desk was sleeping or off somewhere else. One of the evenings an actual knife fight broke out as I waited for someone to open the door. The Free Breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth the long wait. I dont know if the Hotel is understaffed or my experience is unique, but the hotel has lots of potential if they work on these areas.
