It is in a quiet area near everything. We met the owners and they are super friendly. I will stay here again next time I'm in Managua

I really appreciate the staff! They are so kind and make easy everything! Even the administration are very reliable and they really heard our needs. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay in a place safety, clean, quiet, and surrounded by friendly staff.

This was a last minute reservation for my clients (7) I ended up paying over 1.6K for the rooms (had to pay extra for air conditioning in each room). The property is unique, it has animals that are cute and friendly, but just unexpecting. Each room was furnished with completely different furniture, as well as some rooms had very outdated televisions that didn't work. They do have laundry facilities but be cautious they may be short on water. The pool was full of leaves and bugs, my clients said the hotel cleaned it but it didn't look clear to me. LOL However, my clients stayed there 7 days and they didn't complain much but they would not choose to stay here again. Thanks

Amazing Stay at Hotel Managua (formerly Las Cabañi

I recently stayed at Hotel Managua (formerly known as Las Cabañitas) in Managua, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere is incredible—laid-back yet vibrant, making it the perfect place to relax or meet new people. The staff? Absolutely fantastic! They’re some of the coolest, friendliest people I’ve come across, always ready to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. One of the best things about the hotel is how many expats pass through, so there's always someone to chat with in English, which makes it feel like a second home. The location is spot-on—very central, with a great strip of bars and clubs just down the block. One of the best clubs in the area is just around the corner, so you're never far from the action if you want a fun night out. It’s also super convenient with supermarkets nearby, and the local delivery service (similar to Uber Eats) is fast and reliable—my orders always arrived quickly. The management team deserves a shoutout too—they’re polite, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. All in all, I had an amazing time at Hotel Managua and really appreciate their whole team. If you’re looking for a great spot to stay in Managua, especially if you enjoy meeting new people and being in a lively, central area, this is definitely the place for you. Can’t wait to come back!

Terrible, they are stealing people's money.

I paid, and when i got there, they said that the hotel does not exist, that i donthave a reservation, but is the dame address, same picture, i have to pay $40 extra because i was at the place and have no choice they said is another owner and another name, when i got to the room, it was a paper with the name las cabañitas and at front desk they said it was Oasis. Terrible the are stealing people, 0 recomendation, I paid online and when i got to the place I paid again.

Needs improvement

Definitely needs improvement. I arrived about 50 minutes before check in and was told that I had to wait until 1 PM to check in, understandable up until it was 20 minutes past 1 PM and still did not have a room. They said the room couldn’t be given earlier since it was not clean. Unfortunately it was not even clean after an hour wait. Someone’s old used soap was left in the bathroom and the room was really dusty. I was also told I needed to pay an extra $10 for air conditioning. The air conditioner was a very old unit that barely did any cooling. Breakfast was okay. The only plus side was the somewhat closeness to the bus stop. I would only stay here on a pinch.

Me gustó la tranquilidad de la propiedad, fácil acceso a pie hacia Metrocentro, personal muy amable. Lo que no me gustó, la mesa, closet estaban en mal estado y televisor no funcionaba. Faltó limpieza en area de ducha, se estancaba el agua en el desagüe, la ventana con telas de araña, la calefacción no funcionaba, la cortina faltaba limpieza, el desagüe del lavamanos tenía pelos y costra. También llegaban muchas hormigas a la mesa. Como sugerencia podrían variar el desayuno y no solo ofrecer huevo y cereal (Ofrecer hotcakes, omelet, desayunos típicos, variedad de fruta)
