Super close to shuttle stops, short driving and walking distance to Von's grocery store and other restaurants. The rooms were spacious and great amount of bathrooms for 8 people. It had everything I needed and then some. The Wi-Fi and the TV with both cable and Netflix was a pleasant surprise. And spent so time on the very comfortable recliner alone with the hot tub (very important for us senior skiers. Also the location is great being close to everything in Old Mammoth. Check out Distant Brewing for some good affordable food, friendly local crowd and live music. Lastly the Vacasa staff is very responsive!! ##### Dave A. Ultimately maintenance gave us an energy wasting electric space heater to keep us warm. Also, the pellet fireplace was broken. And we were given 4 towels for our family's 6 day stay. It's just boiler-plate. This added loads of stress. The rental agency said 1 parking spot but we had 2 cars. It gave a list of like 10 items in the kitchen so we basically brought our entire kitchen. But this was totally unnecessary. the kitchen is well-stocked. - the pullout sofa needs to be put out of its misery. Beds are comfy. This is a one bed + loft, and the loft has blinds to make it feel like a separate room. The heat from the heaters downstairs warmed up the loft sufficiently. Bring extra blankets if you get cold as there is just the comforters on the bed. The location was quiet and enjoyed shade from the trees. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were all in working order, and there is a nice grill area with picnic tables. Easy access to nearby amenities including grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again. ##### Eric C. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was much to like about this rental-and much not to. The unit was sparkling clean, which exposed the desperate need for a paint job and very old appliances. One of the toilets in my unit was running when I arrived so the cleaners must have missed it. The management company took two trips to repair it. The location was close to some shopping and restaurants. There were no chairs on the patio so it was unusable. The wall clock clearly needed a new battery. The check in instructions were not correct. I was told that blankets and pillows would NOT be supplied so I dragged them with me. Not needed. Hands down the biggest problem was the heat. It was smoking hot in the unit and despite cool overnight temps and running fans full time it never cooled off. Put in a/c. ##### Robin K.
