Lincoln House Stay 10/28-29, 2023
Checked in late. Not an issue with a manager available after 10:00pm. Condo was very clean. Undergound parking. We were not in any snow, but underground parking would be great if there was bad weather. We never made any food, but it has everything needed if we did. Worked out great. Give it a definite 5 star rating.

Great stay
Really nice location and well appointed condo. Convenient to restaurants and bars when you don’t feel like driving and can just walk from the condo. Owner communications were also great.

Amazing Time
The property was in a great area. There were so many amenities at a walking distance. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was cozy and we all fit comfortably. Loved the fireplace and the books that Michaela and her husband left as a gift. We all truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be planning a longer trip

Mammoth paradise
Thank you so much for letting us stay at your get away. We were comfy and well fed thanks to full kitchen supplies and clean fridge. Location was amazing, right in the hub of town. Lots going on. Skiing was fantastic. Looks like there will be skiing here for another couple months. Take care!

Father-daughter ski trip
Great property & exactly what we needed for a terrific getaway for some mid-week skiing at Mammoth. Michaela made sure we had everything we needed & we had a great time. Can't beat the convenience of a Village condo. Great time!

Warm Zen vibe. Nice fireplace. Huge, comfy bed. Right in the center of the Village where you can walk to everything. Owners are very helpful. You don’t need to deal with the front desk staff, and that’s a plus.

"What a great time we had in Mammoth, at the Village in Michaela's wonderful property. It did not disappoint and everything was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We loved it. Park the car and you won't need it again until you are ready to leave. The Village has everything you need for food supplies and night life. We will come back for sure. We enjoyed staying in Michaela’s condo. The location can’t be beat. One of our favorite restaurants the side door is close by and allows well-behaved dogs.Super easy check-in, good amenities at the village although we did not use the pool or the Jacuzzi due to the weather. Do you love the underground parking and the ease of loading and unloading. We appreciated being allowed to bring our golden doodle unfortunate, The charge to bring a small pet is High 100 per day so be aware. Also the condo is relatively basic. If you were looking for a posh accommodation this may not be the best choice.

Well Equipped Condo
A nice feature of the condo was the inclusion of little amenities in the kitchen and bath. For a change of pace and an internal reboot, pick up and read (and take home as recommended!) The Book of Joy on the coffee table. Very attentive hosts!

The Village at Mammoth mtn.
The location of this property is right in the middle of everything. Right out of the elevator you're steps away from shops and plenty of restaurant options. Short drive to either the slopes or campgrounds and lake Mary area. The room itself is perfect for a family of four. Lets be honest, when you're in Mammoth you spend most of your day outside. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a slight stale smell in the air but didn't turn out to be a problem. Property owners responded with all information need to stay and enjoy my trip immediately after booking. All in all great property to stay at. Great experience to add to great family memories made.

Fabulous Location
This is a fabulous location, walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The unit itself could use some deferred maintenance completed and it was a very warm weekend, without A/C it was uncomfortable for us at night. We stay in Mammoth multiple times a year and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

What a great place to stay!!!!
The condo is a perfect place to stay for two people, with all the amenities needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions needed and also left a guide about the area. The only thing I might suggest to guest, bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise. This is in the village and music is playing outside and people at the bars/ restaurants are noisy at times. This is at no fault to the condo owners, it's just the location. The good part is you have all the restaurants and coffee shops, right down below, no need to walk far.

Great Access
The location is terrific. You have easy access by bus or gondola to Canyon Lodge and similarly easy access to Main Lodge from this location (yes... it is all about skiing for me). In addition to easy ski access, there are stores and restaurants located in the Village (downstairs) so after parking the car, I never had to drive around. The unit was very nice, about the size of a one bedroom suite. One two MINOR issues: 1) A bit of noise from upstairs appt - this facility is much more like a hotel versus other condos I've rented in the area. The location and access make up for this. I'm seriously considering purchasing a unit in this complex as a result of my visit. 2) The kitchen is supplies are adequate. I did pretty basic cooking (e.g., chicken parmesan) and the kitchen was fine but if you planning anything more elaborate, you should probably plan to bring up some utensils. Again, well compensated for due to the easy access to some really nice restaurants, all within walking distance.

Renting this Condo was a very good experience. It was very neat and clean and well supplied with all the essentials. The owner gave very detailed and helpful instructions of how to arrive, park and enter the Condo. She was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. This was a ski trip and the property is conveniently located to the Gondola. We look forward to our next stay!

Perfect Village Condo
We had such a great time staying at the Village. The condo has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is just steps from all the restaurants and shops in the Village. Communication and check in was easy. We'll definitely be back, maybe next time during ski season to see what the area looks like covered in snow.

Stayed here with my husband, 4 year old son, my mother who is a senior and 2 dogs. First time in Mammoth. We had plenty of room and space. The kitchen was a little tight with two of us cooking ,but it got the job done . We loved walking downstairs and being in the center of shops and restaurants. We were super close to the pool and right outside by the elevators was a place for our dogs to go potty. My only complaint would be that's the place is a far walk from the elevators. My dogs are old so it took them awhile . I'm glad I read the reviews before I went and I brought a fold up wagon . It really came in handy with our luggage and groceries, and even the dogs when they got too tired. I Highly highly recommend bringing one. Maybe it would be a good idea for the owners to supply one . Just a suggestion! Overall great experience. The owner had great communication and had wonderful suggestions for our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again .

We loved staying at this beautiful property. The kitchen was great as it had all of the necessary utensils to prepare family meals. The location is wonderful for dining and shopping. The one drawback is that it is quite a hike to get from the parking garage to the condo. I would strongly suggest bringing a collapsible wagon to transport your luggage and supplies to-the unit. Other than that we we loved it.
