Nice, cozy place
Everything was nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was conveniently located. The only issue I would mention is we could hear the neighbor directly above us when we were trying to sleep, but overall it was a nice stay.

Cozy and Close to the Ski Lift!
So great to be able to walk to the lifts, right across the street! And the bedding was soooo comfortable. I'm going to have to figure out how to replicate it at home! It was a great experience for us. Thanks!

Awesome snow stay!
Amazing location, less than 5 min walk to eagle lift with ski boots on! Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Very spacious unit, couch was huge and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location
The location was fantastic! It is directly across the street from Eagle, and it is a flat walk to the Lodge. I often stay at Canyon lodge within a block or two but the uphill walk requires a little more effort especially with kids. The unit was clean and had everything in terms of pots and pans that I needed to cook all of our meals. The bunk beds are next to the dining table.

Felt like Home!
Perfect snowboarding spot- maybe a 3 minute walk to Eagle, super clean, beautiful, cozy and the amenities really made it feel like home!!! The beds and linens were perfect and plush blankets and pillows to stay cozy on the couch! Our girls had fun staying in the bunk beds and our dogs LOVED all of the different dog beds!! We will be staying again!!!

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay— the place was even better than expected, the fireplace was cozy, and the amenities were great for a weekend in the snow. Check in was very easy and when we made a mistake locking our key code inside the unit while unloading our bags (completely our fault!) the hosts were very gracious in supporting us in our moment of panic. Would definitely stay again and grateful to the hosts for such a great place!

Lovely condo great location
Perfect location for our fall adventure in Mammoth. The condo is comfortable, cozy and clean. Lots of places to walk the dog and the complex has trash cans and bag dispensers. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and silverware. We loved the condo and loved Mammoth! Definitely planning to stay again !

Excellent location and comfortable condo
The condo is very spacious and has very comfortable couch and bed. It's stocked with everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. We brought our dog along for vacation and they even had multiple doggy beds for her to choose from. Located just steps away from the Mammoth shuttle stop near Eagle Lodge and a quick drive from Old Mammoth and the Village. We would definitely be stay here again in the future. Communication with owner was excellent and she was always receptive and responded to my messages in a very timely manner. We had an amazing time here...I highly recommend staying here

Great Condo!
It was a beautiful property at a resort that we’ve stayed at a few times previously, but not at this particular condo. Everything was taken care of as far as cleaning products, dish soap, shampoo, soaps, and any other things that you might think of that you wouldn’t get at most places. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great Mammoth Getaway!
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in a nice location, clean, nicely decorated, & very cozy especially the couch with all the comfy blankets to wrap yourself in after a long day of hiking. Also, our pup loved all the dog beds provided for her.

Beautiful centrally located condo

Great place in mammoth
Great place with convenient location and Kymberly was a wonderful host. Only compliant was that the garage was a bit flooded during most of our stay but it wasn't a big deal.

Due to the record breaking snowfall here in Mammoth this season (most snowfall ever on record) the entire town is facing issues with flooding, etc. Sorry you had to deal with that. Our building management team is on it and doing their best to correct and solve the issue.

Great property. 200 yards from Eagle lift
Great place. Pet and kid friendly. Bunk beds in living room were perfect for us. Pellet fire warms the place nicely. We left our skis in the car and walked through the garage to the slopes every morning

Amazing location, great condo
Location couldn’t be better, you can see chairs moving on Eagle lift and look towards Lincoln mountain! Great appliances, huge living room, racks to hang clothes. Great heater, awesome place. Owners were super helpful, will be back!!

Powder Strike Mission Perfection
It was a dream to find this rental last minute. Kymberly was extremely helpful and easy to reach. The unit is much nicer in person than in the photos. The location is fantastic and everything we needed for our stay was in place. The unit is very clean and comfortable. This would be wonderful for a family with children or dogs too. Highly recommend!

Quick ski teip
My husband and I took a quick trip to Mammoth to get some skiing in. This unit was extremely comfortable and communication with owner was wonderful. A big storm was coming to the area and they reached out to make sure we had a vehicle that could handle the conditions and or chains. Very thoughtful owners. Would absolutely stay there again!

Cozy & Comfortable with a Great Location
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to go snowshoeing at Tamarack. Your condo was so perfect. We had everything we needed to be comfortable including very cozy robes ~ great touch. The bed was dreamy, couch with pillows and yummy throw blankets was perfect after a day outside. I cooked wonderful meals in your fully equipped kitchen. We loved that we could walk to the tent lodge at the bottom of the chair lift across the street. It had a fun bar with live music every afternoon.

Great condo!!
Kym and Chris’ condo was perfect for our quick Mammoth getaway. Kym was super communicative throughout the process, the location was amazing (steps from Eagle Lodge) and the underground parking was a huge plus, as we didn't have to worry about our car being snowed in by the massive storm that hit the night we got there. Will def be back!

Exceeded Expectations and One of Our Best VRBO Stays
First, this location is excellent as our family could walk to the lift! Second, as a family with kids and a fur baby, our sons and dog were very comfortable. The cozy cabin decor, well stocked kitchen tools, and responsive owners all made our holiday week stay ideal. Chris and Kym checked in with us when there was a heavy winter storm. They ensured we were safe and comfy. I highly recommend this property and will book again.

The Mountains Are Calling
The condo is very comfortable, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. There was nothing lacking, although I would say that, if we had been there during the summer, a couple of chairs on the deck would have been a nice addition. Maybe they were in storage for the winter? Seasonal /fall decor was a nice touch. There were nice toiletries supplied: shampoo, conditioner, lotion. I loved the pumpkin spice hand lotion on the kitchen sink. Location was quiet and convenient. It was nice to have covered parking and a great bed. The best thing is that the rental was clean and smelled good. Those are qualities not always found in pet-friendly places.

Beautiful and perfectly stocked/clean.
This Mammoth condo is less than a block from Eagles landing for those of you who are skiers. We were there for hiking and fall weather and Dave’s birthday. The location is ideal for any time of year. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfy. I loved the bear decorations. The pellet fireplace heater is so awesome!! Balcony faces an incredible view. Owner provided clear and perfect communication. A 100% fantastic place!!

We'll, since it is August, we did not need heat or air conditioner! The condo was quite well stocked with soaps, lotions and much more! It was very comfortable and welcoming. It's close to a golf course, shopping and eating out! Great condo!

Lovely Condo
We had a wonderful stay here. Felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. So thankful our two dogs were welcomed. They were very comfortable as well. There is a large and medium dog bed already there. Loved the location, quiet but easy access to the parking garage, hot tub and taking the dogs out. Friendly owners with easy communication. Will definitely be staying here again. They had everything we needed and we even cooked a few meals there. Thank you. Very pleased with our stay.

We’ve been coming to Mammoth for over 35 years and this is now one of our favorites!
The description of the condo is spot on. The bed, couches and towels are so soft, and I am really picky about that! The kitchen is very well stocked and everything was sparkling clean. We are advid mt bikers, hikers and golfers and this was a perfect location for everything we wanted to squeeze in our 3 day stay! We will most definitely be coming back and will hopefully stay there if it’s available!

Very cozy!
Very cozy condo! It snowed and the wind blew while we were in town. We stayed nice and cozy with the pellet stove! The space was comfortable for the three of us. We cooked dinner in the kitchen with ease. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfy! We would definitely choose this condo again!

Great Condo, Great Location
I dad, 2 teens and a black lab had a great time in Kymberly's condo. It was very clean and comfortable and more than met our expectations. The complex is well maintained and a 3 minute walk to Eagle Lodge. The owners were also very helpful in sending the laptop I left behind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
