Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a twin rollaway bed, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. A second flat-screen Smart TV is located in the bedroom.

The unit is furnished with whitewashed woodwork and mountain cabin-style décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One outdoor parking space is included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed sinks in the middle and is very hard to pull out and even more difficult to return to couch. The kitchen is okay. It’s 14 minutes to mammoth. Convenient location.

Very comfortable cozy place.

We found the unit very comfortable and relaxing. Everything including pictures were as described on the listing, No photo tricks. Complex amenities and parking were spot on, even an extra tank for bbq! We’re very happy with our stay

The mattress in the bedroom was VERY comfortable. Pillows not so much, but i always travel with my pillow so i was fine. The living area is very spacious.

Snowmagedon

Positive issues: The property was well located and perfect for our ski trip. Heavy snow made for great skiing but made a lot of work for the property owners and management team. Negative issues: 1. No 24 hour office as promised. Heavy snow made it difficult to locate exact property. Being able to speak to someone would have been helpful. 2. Door handle/lock was old and worn. Made it very difficult to use. Eventually we left the unit unlocked for worry that we would not able to re enter the unit. 3. Unit was dated and could use remodeling. The bathtub and shower reminded me of an old Motel 6. Mildew and cracked tile/caulking. 4. I am sure other units in the same complex were much nicer.
