The location and comfort of the property were perfect for our stay. Perfect space for 4 adults , and the location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. The upstairs living area was spacious, got great light, and never overheated despite 80 degree days. The kitchen was very well equipped and had tons of spices and condiments on hand. There was even charcoal for the outdoor grill. The furniture and decor wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and clean. Only downside was that the third bedroom was right off the main living area, with glass sliding doors (with a curtain). However, we did not end up using it because it wasn't really private. Good place to start the many outdoor adventures Manmoth has to offer. Adequate/comfortable furnishings...not so nice that you are afraid to ruin something. Only disappointment was that while we were there, there was a huge construction project every day right behind the property. Needed to rush during checkout It's a great rental house. The only thing i would suggest is adjusting the checkout time and clean up instructions. There are a lot of clean up instructions to go over and with the early check out, I needed to wake up early and rush our group. ##### Alvin N. ---
