It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location, 5-minute drive from both Eagle and Canyon Lodges. Anne was so responsive in providing suggestions and tips for our first time skiing in Mammoth. She was also super proactive providing an extra microwave when the one in the home had been damaged before our arrival. House was as advertised, clean, and in a great location. Kitchen was stocked well, great layout of the house for family to hang. Great to have the downstairs den for the kids to hang out. Jacuzzi was awesome and kids loved being able to play in the snow right out the back yard. Just a note for future guests, the garage is not very deep, so a suburban or larger SUV will likely not fit inside the garage. 2 spaces in driveway so no problem. ##### Tommy M. This home is so clean, so cozy our family fit perfectly here. Anne was absolutely amazing with communicating with us from start of booking to checking out. This home felt very clean... nice selection of soaps in the bathrooms, the bedding was soft and smelled good - the women in our group made note of it. The microwave probably needs to be replaced, as it didn't cook very well, but that was just a small item. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this home to others! ##### Rich S. This property met our needs completely. We hosted several meals, dinning in mostly. The property is conveniently located and accessible to all that Mountain Lakes and the Resort have to offer. We had other family staying in mammoth and the house was great for group gatherings. We were able to have a game going on the dining room table, a conversation in the living room and kids playing in the game room. It was a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, pots, pans, platters and more. Anne communicated with us well and took care of anything we needed. We had kids from 3 months to 10 years staying there and the house worked well for all ages! We plan on coming back! ##### Christine G. It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Close to the village. Possibly walking distance in the summer. The den has a pull out couch which was comfortable enough to sleep on for a weekend. The host was responsive when we had questions regarding our stay. Dining room table was large enough for everyone for dinner and games. The garage has a place for skis and fits 2 small cars. In addition, we had 2 vehicles in the driveway. We will definitely be back. It was a perfect place to celebrate our retirement. ##### Julie C.
