The property is older, and the apartment décor is very rundown and tired looking and feeling. Like a trip to the 70's. Unit heating was adequate but very loud (difficult sleeping). The amenities were sub-par. The pool table was broken, the sauna didn't work, and the jacuzzi was not clean.
