Nicely decorated with beautiful wood flooring, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium on the Sierra Star Golf Course; sleeps up to 6 people and you can bring Fido along as it is pet friendly! This unit offers a full kitchen, TV/DVD, stereo, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a double sofabed. This unit also offers WiFi internet access. The nearest shuttle stop is the green and yellow line. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (summer only), and garage parking (garage clearance is 8' 2"). The unit is pet friendly. Walking trails great and location very nice. House cleaning could have been a little better. It was well stocked and nicely decorated. My only complaint is the rental company did not provide enough dish detergent, trash bags (they gave us one) and toilet paper. Very clean and comfortable complex close to Eagle .. we were surprised at the amount of dog poop that was scattered all over the walkways and roads, however. Unfortunately it's a bottom level and the people directly above were complete assholes and super loud. So crazy loud stomping, and jumping, that we could barely enjoy our evenings. I'm guessing it's not always like this, just happens that the guests staying left their kids alone while they went to their neighbor friends house (words from the kids). Also not necessarily a ski in ski out, we drove each day and luckily found parking at Eagle. We really enjoyed having the underground parking. We rented this place so we could have underground parking in the snow storm that hit. We got there and the driveway to the garage hadn’t been plowed, 3-4 feet of snow and ice up against the garage door. Called management and they said we were out of luck because the condo complex snow removal service wasn’t going to do anything on a Sunday. We paid a premium to stay there for this feature and couldn’t use it. They did come the next day. Management company didn’t offer any credit, basically told us we were out of luck. The people renting next to us couldn’t get out of their underground garage, had to stay extra day, they were bummed. The unit itself was really nice and the owners have stocked it well. ##### John S. Positives: sofa bed has memory foam mattress- super comfortable, keurig with coffee pods, Netflix with smart TV, super clean, walkway has separate door to get in -keeps cold air out, condo is updated, loved the gas fireplace with temp control Negatives: being on first level, you can hear every step upstairs (our 1st night was very quiet as there was no tenant upstairs), called management company where she challenged me saying they are putting their ski boots on but this was continuous at night at starting again at 6:30 in the morning, coffee maker is very old-kept overflowing, there are two toasters but one is broken (white one) ##### Gina K. It's short walk or drive to Chair 15 and having the golf course behind it give it a nice private feel. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which were dusty. Not a show-stopper for us.The kitchen appliances all worked fine but the kitchen was a little under equipped. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator which was promptly addressed by the property manager. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property. ##### Eric K. ---
