It is immaculately clean, large and comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated with mountain charm. The living room boasts a recently-upgraded, 65-inch smart Samsung TV. The Master suite has a 40-inch smart Samsung TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player, and the second bedroom, a 32-inch Samsung TV. This spacious and comfy townhome is perfect for entertaining and spending time together. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed in addition to an ensuite bathroom. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped, open kitchen has a counter with 3 bar stools. In the living room you can cozy up by the newly-remodeled, wood-burning fireplace. Free, private Internet access is provided. Downstairs, there is an in-unit washer/dryer. The complex offers parking for two cars outside, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and a racquet ball court. This unit is pet-friendly at a required fee of $75/pet/stay. Well equipped kitchen but if you plan to cook, be aware that all it has is a small bottle of salt and pepper. Beds are comfortable. Clean bedding and shower towels. Nice water pressure in the shower and we had no issues with the hot water. The shower turns on very loudly so it might startle you. I would definitely come back in near future. We enjoyed the large living area. Perfect for shared meals, games and spending quality time together. It was a short drive up to the Mammoth Lakes and a close walk to The Village. The property was shoveled and plowed about 3 times a day so I didn't have any trouble getting around on foot or in the car. It's a quick walk to the village gondola area to have a meal or shop. Easy to pick up extra supplies even in the blizzard. Condo is spacious and well equiped. I had a dog with me and there was a great little field out back to run and play in the snow at. ##### elizabeth b. This trip we wanted to use Mammoth as a jumping off point to visit Bodie, Mono Lake, and the bristlecone pine forest. This property was perfectly located close to the village for easy access to restaurants (we had no plans to cook this trip). The living space was cozy and comfortable (it could use more light for reading). We were lucky that it was still a bit chilly so we got to enjoy the fireplace. We would stay here again...
