Just remodeled, which includes laminated flooring, quartz counters, new living room furniture, new fixtures, doors,, inset lighting, painting, and more plus re decorated, . This one bedroom, Queen size and a queen pull out coach in the living room; two bath ( jack and Jill) condo sleeps four with two smart flat screens for streaming , free wifi, BBQ on balcony, with outdoor furniture, fully equipped kitchen which includes, cooking , serving and baking ware, and spices,. Fireplace in living room which your can make into a private room with a private bath for sleeping. A queen pull out couch bed. Bedroom and living room have ceiling fans., and recessed lighting. Bedroom lamps have UBS plugs. Includes one locker on first floor at entry to building. Must bring own lock. Pool towel are not provided or coffee pods or grounds. \-Indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and sauna , Games room in the pool building, FREE washer and dryer in pool building; ONE Secured Assigned underground heated parking f, FREE Wi-Fi, Located in the North end of the Village, very quite. There is a unit right above that can be opened up to sleep 10 between the two units, it's a three bedroom, loft area( sleeping configuration, Cal king; twin/double/twin ,sleeps six) with two smart TV's, One in master bedroom, the other 60" in living room, fireplace, Large covered balcony with BBQ and out door furniture, kitchen counter seats three , along with a dining table to sit 6\. Updated unit which includes, kitchen quartz on counters, cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, fixtures, doors, carpet, furniture and accessories.. or rent these units separately. (see VRBO #382702 for information on this unit) HOT WATER HEATER: This unit has a 40 gallon electric hot water heater. electric hot water heaters do not re-heat as fast as a gas heater. Therefore, if you take long showers and full baths in a roll you will run out of hot water. the owner is not responsible for using all the hot water. It will take a couple of hours to reheat the tank . There is an extra full size refrigerator in the entry closet along with a small on in the kitchen. Aluminum foil, sandwich bags ,plastic wrap, and zip bags, are a courtesy and are not replaced by owner when out. Please use and replace if out. Some other positive aspects were the hot tub and pool and laundry in the building next door. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen and a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 toilets. Clean and well appointed condo. The condo is very convenient for quick access to the Village and Gondola. It's clean and well stocked with blankets and pillows which isn't always the case. We needed the pullout couch so it's nice to have plenty of linens for everyone to sleep comfortably. The full size refrigerator in the entryway was appreciated. We just used the mini refrigerator in the kitchen to keep water and snacks cool. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Heith R. We were provided codes for the garage, building, and unit that were all INCORRECT. Thankfully we arrived in the evening and were able to call the property manager, and I was grateful that we arrived earlier than anticipated. The unit itself is as described. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the party above us the whole night. But the location is perfect for skiing--5 minute walk to the gondola. ##### M H. We love it for the proximately to the village. We stay at this complex every year. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained. Its location was perfect for easy access to the gondola (that takes you to canyon lodge) and everything the village has to offer. The condo has a nice grill to cook on and a cozy fireplace (with wood provided). It's an easy walk to the village (and bus stops for a quick ride to Mammoth Mountain's main lodge). When the neighbors decided to do some unplanned maintence to their home, Becky was quick to get day passes to a local gym so that we wouldn't be inconvienced by the stuff going on next door. This was very helpful. Kitchen is small and sufficient. Don’t expect to make a big meal (smaller than standard size stove / oven). Kitchen is well stocked. Location is as close as you can possibly get to the village without actually staying in a village condo. True that it’s just 100 steps (or less) to village gondola. Underground parking is a big bonus during the winter - as we were there during big storms. We will come back, but it was a bit tight with two adults and one teen son (just our preference that we probably should pay for a two bedroom). With one or two younger kids it would be enough room. We had a great stay at the Village - enjoying skiing, walking to everything, keeping the car warm in the enclosed garage. There were four of us that stayed in the condo at the Village, and the pull out sofa bed worked great. The couple in the bed couldn't feel the middle bar which is a rarity in a sofa bed! Steps from the Village and the gondola, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We didn't spend much time in the condo, so we can't say much about the actual space except that it was perfectly located. Having a TV in the bedroom and living room was a nice perk and that it had full cable instead of basic, local channels. We were a little short on towels with two girls (I think we had 4 total), so maybe bring your own. If you're looking for a place to crash and get ski ready, then this is the spot! The Mammoth Brewery and EATery right behind the place were also a major plus! ##### Lisa W. I really like the location, Garage, and cleanliness of the properties. Becky is great to work with, and they have gone to great detail to make your stay comfortable. While the place may not be as trendy as the village resort condo's, it's a much better deal. It's got Nice beds, decor, tv every room, and even a nice bottle of wine (thanks). For me personally, I like the one bedroom the best, and layout. if you aren;t akin to stairs, it's your better place. But they are both nice places. If the one bedroom is rented next time I go, I have no problem trying for the 2 bedroom. I would recommend staying there vs the village property. 1\. it's less money, with no hidden costs like parking and silly resort fees. 2\. indoor pool to yourself for the most part. AND 3\. It's also quieter than the village which depending on where you end up can be a noisy time of it. My suggestion, stay in one of Becky's places, or rent both for a bigger family.
