Plain drinking water was not freely available throughout the resort (we had to ask for bottled water). Our room was clean but fixtures were tired, broken or worn out some powerpoints were loose on the wall \* one bedside lamp switch worked but was taped up with electrocal tape \* there was no globe in the light above the phone desk \* there was no instructions for the phone and it only appeared to work on speaker \* there was no bottle opener in the room \* the wooden bed base creaked on the tile floor \* the room fixtures looked tired, faded (paint on sheer curtains and curtains coming unhhooked) \* hanging space for wet swimwear etc was non existent. Staff were mostly friendly attentive but some could do better. Restaurant food was ok, however, prices were expensive for what was offered. Bar staff only served from behind the bar. Wet weather seating in the bar area was scarce. Recorded music in the restaurant/bar was loud & annoying. Cabanas were hot & not inviting. Gardens & buildings were not very well maintained and drainage improved.
