The staff were very helpful and the stay was a good value. Unfortunately, they don't provide washcloths and the sauna was not functioning during my stay. The breakfast and dinner were the highlight of my stay.

The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

Lacation just 5 minutes walking to Train station.
10 minutes to downtown, mall.
To old bridge, Cathedral, and attractions just within a walking distance.
Staff are warm and nice. Check out morning, the lady in breakfast room prepared 2 boxes for us to take away as we took 07:21am bus/train to Bodø.

There was a hospitality strike while we were there. The General Manager (Tone) got involved and tool great care of us!! Radisson has excellent locations both in the city of Trondheim and right at the airport—a very short walk to the terminal (2 minutes)!!
