"Big water bugs in the rooms. There were 2 in the first suite we were in so we asked to switch and there was a big one in the bathroom of the new room we were in. And we didn't get a refund for switching to a regular room from a suite."

"We had a hiccup in getting in during check in but Sandra was easy to communicate with and was able to fix our issue. The house was clean and so many things for the kids to play with. Well stocked with linens. The back yard was amazing."
