Lovely little property plenty of room for three and our dog and if you have a young family there is a little secret bedroom suitable for two young children. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cider press. The cottage is quirky and cosy, and is a great base for exploring the tri-county area and Malvern Hills. It was great to have a private garden and patio with furniture so we could enjoy the late sunshine. Plenty of towels are provided, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment - although we found that it was difficult to find cupboard space for groceries as they were already mostly full. Having never experience oil powered heating the smell in the kitchen took some getting used to. I agree with previous comments regarding the sofa, it is low and not particularly comfy - after a long day walking it would be great to be able to sink into a nice squidgy sofa. Although the cottage was mostly as advertised, and the pictures are a very accurate representation, we did find it somewhat disingenuous to say that there was patchy WiFi - in our experience there was no WiFi whatsoever. None of our devices could find the WiFi network - not even at the top of the stairs which is allegedly the best place. We found this particularly disappointing as we had booked based on the fact that WiFi was available - even if patchy - as in the current situation you have to book everything on line before you go. There was a small patch of 4G in the garden so we made use of this; however, this was not always convenient. I would advise people to book everything before they arrive at the cottage, and assume that WiFi will not be available. The stairs to the upper bedroom are quite steep and in a helix, so not sure they would be a appropriate for very young children. The cottage is on a road that was busier than we had expected so there was road noise, if you want total tranquility then maybe this isn't the place for you.
