Located just minutes from the Mogo Mountain Bike Trails, Pretty Point Beach, Malua Bay Beach, McKenzies Beach, and the scenic Munjip Walking Trail, this home is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
The Space
Upstairs, the open-plan living area boasts soaring ceilings, a designer chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, and elegant banquette dining. The inviting lounge features a built-in electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Glass doors open onto a generous 6.3m sun-drenched deck with a BBQ and alfresco dining setup—ideal for unwinding or entertaining.
