Die Zimmer waren viel kleiner als vorher zu erkennen war, nicht unbedingt auf Hochglanz geputzt aber durchaus annehmbar. Dennoch, hatte nicht die gepflegteste Ausstattung. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl und das Service Personal war freundlich. Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und ist mit Taxi oder Bus sehr gut zu erreichen.

Big hotel but well situated

Having read reviews of the hotel, we requested a high floor room with large sunny balcony and were allocated room 469 which didnt disappoint.Spacious room with 2 double beds - the only drawback with being such a large hotel is that it was a long way from the lifts. Paying the extra for sea view was worth every penny. We could not fault the hotel staff who were all polite and helpful (unlike some of the guests who had obviously left their manners at home!) Our only experience of the restaurant was for breakfast. There was a vast selection of food to choose from, which was constantly being replenished right up to the end of service. The only criticism is that the tables were very close together, but that is understandable given the sheer number of guests. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and the hotel has a car park which is a nominal cost and saves trying to find a parking space on the roads. There are lots of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away in Buggiba. Overall a great place to stay and we would return again.

Overall the hotel wasn't a bad choice. The apartments are a little outdated but who stays in a room on vacation?

Pros: piscines
Cons: Calmer les chats derrières l'hôtel.
Location: Sur place : petite ballade à pied, plongée et croisière à la journée. Gare routière à 50 m. qui vous emmène partout
Hotel très accueillant avec un personnel à l'écoute (beaucoup de personnes parlent français). Notre chambre était située au 3e étage et malheureusement la vue était affreuse face à un bâtiment tout gris (je n'avais pas les moyens d'ajouter le coût d'une vue mer ou piscine) mais bon là franchement c'était pas beau. Derrière ce bâtiment tout gris il y a la gare routière : pratique pour naviguer à travers l'île. Donc la vue de la gare routière est masquée par ce bâtiment tout gris ! Par contre, il y a des chats qui sont dans le terrain derrière l'hôtel (là où notre chambre donnait) qui se battent jour et nuit ce qui provoque énormément de désagrément la nuit. Question repas c'est très bien et varié avec un top petit déjeuner. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. La situation de l'hôtel est bonne. le mieux ce sont les installations générales les piscines sont superbes et à cette période de l'année il n'y avait pas trop de monde. Sinon il y a toujours l'éternel problème des irrespectueux clients qui claquent les portes ou restent discuter dans les couloirs la nuit... Nous n'étions pas tout le temps sur le balcon de la chambre... Dans l'ensemble c'est un bel hôtel.

1.I bagni sono privi di bidet...eredità di "cultura" inglese che, come noto, non apprezza questo sanitario 2. I bagni non hanno una porta di chiusura degna di questo nome, bensì un'anta di cristallo opaco con ampio margine di aria (7/8 cm) che vanifica ogni isolamento acustico e olfattivo...

Was disapointed

I was not very pleased with this hotel, we were told this hotel was a 4 star but was more a 3 star. The bed was very uncomfortable and didn't smell fresh. we had to ask for another room which was no better, but was older and inundated. The food was not great. we were not very impressed as we have travelled many times to different countries and stayed in 4 star hotels. Thanks to Vera who was always pleasant to us at the restaurant. It was our first time in Malta and it was out 13th year wedding anniversary, we hoped we would have enjoyed it, the hotel was advised but they did not do anything or congratulate us. I would not return.
