On the ground floor there is the main entrance, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds; They all have a closet to organize clothes. On the upper floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and television and a bathroom. From the kitchen or living room you can access the terrace, with spectacular panoramic views of the beach and where you can enjoy eating outdoors on the outdoor furniture or sunbathing in the hammock. From the building itself you can take the elevator down to the promenade and directly access the most central beach in the town, Aréa Maior Beach. 50 meters away, there are several hotels and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. During your stay you can use the private parking space in the building's community garage, available for one vehicle.
