Beautiful village house in the outskirts of Algaida, with private pool and capacity for 6 people
In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours.

The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too.

The house is located in the village of Algaida, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional food restaurants. You can visit the Can Gordiola glassworks, or reach the Puig de Randa and admire some beautiful views over the island. El Arenal is the nearest beach, with all services and a great atmosphere. If you love practising golf, the nearest course is only 13.6 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Das Haus ist schön und sauber. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es relativ hellhörig ist und zwei Schlafzimmer zur Straße sind und die morgens etwas stärker befahren ist.

Très belle surprise à notre arrivée dans le logement, il correspond totalement au descriptif. Extérieur agréable, dépaysement assuré ! Très propre, décoré avec goût et literie de bonne qualité. Nous gardons l’adresse pour notre prochain séjour sur l’île ♥️ Petit bémol pour les aboiements des chiens environnants qui malheureusement sont indépendants de la volonté des hôtes.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus.3 echte Schlafzimmer,da musste niemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen.Küche sehr gross,doch leider mit etwas wenig Besteck.Wohn- und Essraum grosszügig eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas holprig da Informationen über Schlüsselhinterlegung fehlten. 1 Stunde vor dem Haus gestanden und herumtelefoniert. Aber das Haus und die Anlage sind gepflegt und sauber.Darum einmal Daumen hoch!!!Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus.3 echte Schlafzimmer,da musste niemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen.Küche sehr gross,doch leider mit etwas wenig Besteck.Wohn- und Essraum grosszügig eingerichtet. Great villa to stay in for 6 people

Great villa to stay in for 6 people - I think that 2 more wouldn't be a problem. We had a problem with an electricity after our arrival but it was fixed on the next day. Villa was clean and well equipped. We were only missing 2 more sunbeds. I recommend this place!
