Luxury Villa Roko \*\*\*\*\* is beautiful stone house surrounded by greenery in a quiet environment just 2 km from the beach, just ideal for a relaxing holiday!  
  
Located on the large courtyard, this spacious villa on three floors offers spacious terrace linked to a comfortable living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Through the living room you enter in the sleeping area where are three double bedrooms and one room with two separate beds, two bathrooms with shower, one with tube and a separate toilet.   
  
In the basement of the house there is a lounge area where is a billiard, an additional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a sauna.   
  
Villa features swimming pool of 36 m3, children's pool, hot tub, barbecue and a lounge area.   
  
Boasting sea views, Villa Roko is surrounded by lawn and children's playground.  
  
Villa is around 2 km from Malin Beach, Rova Beach is 3 km from Villa Roko, while Malinska Bus Station is 3.2 km from the property.  
The town center with many restaurants and shopping facilities is about 2500 m away.
