Zum Glück ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Haus, das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind liebe, zuvorkommende Menschen. Das Problem ist, wie so oft, so mancher Mitbewohner, der/die sich wenig für die Hausordnung interessieren. Damit Alle eine angenehme Zeit verbringen können, sollte man sich entsprechend verhalten. Aber sie liegt weit oben also benötigt man immer ein Auto. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich aber die Kids durften leider nichts zum spielen mit in den Pool nehmen.
