I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible. In addition, I booked a double room which ended up as two twin beds. The breakfast range could have been better (and warmer). We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily.
