Nice hotel in a convenient location close to Santander. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and they provided extra covers and towels which i...

We have been to this a hotel a few times during our journey to catch a ferry. It never dissapoints.

Nice place, helpful staff

Fairly easy to find, with underground parking staff very friendly and helpful, Rooms clean and well laid out, Food excellent and the service for evening and breakfast, very good, would not hesitate about staying there again, excellent prices.

The room was spacious and faced west, so wonderfully cool in the morning. Staff were lovely and helped us a lot with our dismal ability to speak Spanish. Everything well maintained and the one small problem we had was quickly dealt with. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed oranges & excellent coffee.we had a couple of evening meals which were fine- and always enjoyed a nightcap wherever we might have been. Location perfect for busses to Santander, plus a handy supermarket. Being located at...

We arrived in the evening after our ferry docked late, and the man who welcomed us could not have been more friendly or obliging. Although I had mentioned we had a dog when booking that hadn't been noted, but the staff immediately turned all heating on in the downstairs apartment they keep for dog owners, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. He also recommended a nearby place for us to get a meal. This would not be a place we would want to stay for a holiday but for an overnight...

This property exceed our expectations in every single way, the price amazing the junior suite awesome, staff brilliant even let us stay on after check.out in the car park until 2.00 to catch our ferry ⛴️. Nothing to fault breakfast and dinner you won't go hungry

This is a lovely little guest house overlooking the most gorgeous bay. The rooms are on the small side but the views make up for it. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is basic but filling. There's lots of nice cliff walks and it's not far from Santander, there's a local bus if you want to go and have a wander there.

Our holiday was made unique not only by the service I received from my first phone call to voice my worries as I had never been to Santander before. The overwhelming professionalism and innate kindness of all staff members make this hotel worth every penny. I don't ever answer these surveys but I owe it to the staff and hope this hotel group appreciate the fact that it is their staff that make this such a unique hotel. Special mention to Julian who shared with us all the special places that we...

Great location for El Sardinero and other smaller beaches next door, a Lupa grocery market, and bus stops into town are nearby, walking distance to Palacio de Magdalena. Parking is not free (10EUR) and there is plenty of free parking nearby. Host was business-like. Not too many dining options around.

Amazing service. Perfect directions. Beautiful surrounding and exceptional place with soul and character. Five star plus.

Stayed Tuesday - Saturday. Room on third floor at front of hotel overlooking street - some minor street noise at night but not enough to disturb sleep - Friday night was noisy (weekend revellers). Centrally situated, perfect for reaching all parts of city, convenient for bus and train station. Lovely Italian restaurant next door (turn right from front of hotel) and lovely cafe to the left - convenient for evening meal or breakfast/lunch if you don't want to walk too far - many other...

We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. The Rioja wine is very full bodied. Highly recommended for authentic home cooked Spanish food. Would highly recommend this...

Nice modern feeling hotel/guesthouse with a very nice restaurant. There was safe parking at the back of the hotel for my motorbike and staff were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is the highlight of this hotel but I think it may only be open some nights. Food was excellent quality and excellent value, a great dining experience. The only down side on my visit was the mosquitos which made my night uncomfortable.
