Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Mediterranean herbs and scents, there are two separate buildings on over 3000 m2 at your disposal. The larger one has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining area and bathroom on the ground floor. A steep staircase without railings leads to the open loft with three sleeping areas, from which you can access the bedroom with three single beds. Sloping roof on the upper floor at 150 cm. The main house also has 2 large, covered terraces. Next to it is a smaller cottage with a terrace and space for 2 people (living area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom). Guests also have access to a terrace with barbecue facilities. The pool offers welcome refreshment on hot summer days. Punta Kria is blessed with a rich variety of flora and fauna, here you can escape the stress of everyday life. Das ist der erste Eindruck vom Haus, das früher im Besitz mehrerer Generationen von Schafzüchtern war und von deren Nachkommen liebevoll und mit Rücksicht auf die historischen Gegebenheiten renoviert wurde. Beim Betreten des Wohnraumes fällt der Blick sogleich auf den alten Herd, der hier noch in einer gemütlichen Nische vorhanden ist. Im Schlafzimmer antike Holzmöbel, die eine heimelige Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Küche sehr modern ausgerüstet aber trotzdem wohnlich. Ein großes Schwimmbecken mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur bildet das Zentrum des reich bepflanzten Gartens. Überall finden sich Sitzecken und gemütliche Plätzchen, der Sternenhimmel ist aufgrund der einsamen Lage atemberaubend. Im Garten herumzugehen oder einfach nur dazusitzen und in die Landschaft hinauszuschauen, war uns eine große Freude. Auch gegrillt haben wir mehrmals. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden, die Klimaanlage funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns laufend mit frischen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Kaffeepads für die Espressomaschine und sogar verschiedenen kroatischen Spezialitäten versorgt. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar, hielt sich aber stets dezent im Hintergrund. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals für die nette Betreuung! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort sehr schnell zu Hause. Es ist komplett eingezäunt und somit super für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund geeignet.
