Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

"Gros bravo à Lenna à l’accueil, gentillesse sourire et une vraie pro. Endroit super beau, propre MAIS aucun chauffage dans le château et encore Moins dans les chambres. Au souper la bouteille de champagne a été brassé donc en l’ouvrant nous avons perdue 2 verres. On nous a dit qu’on allait les remplacer ..."
