Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, good size and the balcony with a view. It was quiet too. The only, very minor downside was a bit dark, lack of light in the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, good size and shower was powerful.
Breakfast is good too, with lots of selection, from the usual continental as well as hot sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and boil eggs. Orange juice was good, as well as the coffee.
It is close to the train station, closer than I expected. And the ski free shuttle is right opposite the hotel front door. The ski room with boot warmer.
There was swimming pool but I didn't use it. Cannot fault it at all, 100% recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort.
The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property.
One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special.
Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can’t wait to return for another stay!

There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT!
The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating.
We will be back!

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night.
