Marín García I This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a charming building on Marín García Street, in the most central and sought-after area of Málaga. Upon entering, you’ll find an open space featuring a beautifully decorated living room, with carefully selected details, and offering views of the quiet Marín García Street. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 people. On the other side of the living room, there is a dining area with a table for 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. Continuing from the dining area, we reach the independent kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Between the kitchen and dining area, there is a small independent bathroom, adding convenience to the apartment. Through the living room, you access the two bedrooms, both of which are exterior. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x190 cm), while the other has a double bed (180x190 cm). In front of the bedrooms, there is a second complete and independent bathroom.
