I was greeted on arrival by a member of staff, which was very nice and made me feel welcomed. The apartment was beautiful and I was provided with a little cleaning kit which was a lovely touch. Great location and a stunning view of the cathedral from the balcony, especially at night. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Only downsides were I found the bed a little uncomfortable for my liking, and the floor around the rug in the living area hadn’t been properly hoovered/swept. I had the misfortune of dealing with noisy neighbours staying within the building which awoke me around 3am, I managed to deal with this issue myself however I know if I had got in touch with the staff they would have handled it promptly. I informed the staff in the morning and they were very kind in offering a discounted rate should I wish to stay with them again in the future, and assured me they would speak with the other guests who caused the disturbance, which shows they do go above and beyond for their guests.

Everything about this apartment is 5🌟 from the keypad entry system, lockers, hallway/lift & stair lighting. Everything is immaculate from the second you enter the building. Then you see the apartment, wow! What a welcome! The aircon is set for arrival to welcome you, everything is immaculate it feels as if you are the first to use it & the first to use everything in it. The bed linen is,excellent, clean & crisp as are the towels. The bathrooms are pristine with excellent showers, the shower gel & hand wash both feel luxurious & good quality. The terrace/decking areas are indescribable, every room has easy to use sliding doors to access the outdoors without moving from room to room you can enjoy the gorgeous top quality outdoor furniture. Then enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of the city, cathedral, sea view and hills beyond the city. A wonderful place to watch the city below, the sunrise & sunset & to enjoy the sunshine while right in the heart of the city. Once inside the apartment it is silent, no city noise or other guest noise and the heavy curtains keep the apartment cool and dark. Its so central, a short easy direct walk (minutes) from the airport circular bus route. The apartment entrance feels very safe all day/night, the access door is well lit & although in a busy place the keypad is shielded so you can safely enter the code, as a female travelling with 2 young teenage girls we felt very safe. Everything is on the doorstep, it is perfect!

What ever you do ask about the situation with the air conditioning . There was none and on top of that there was no HOT WATER ! The water was extremely cold , even though it’s ok for the summer, if you can’t handle the cold water then definitely don’t look into booking. Contact them before hand !

Sicuramente bella e di design, molto attrezzata e ben organizzata. Posizione top (per la vicinanza alle cose da visitare) e allo stesso tempo pessima (tra movida, scarico merci e camion immondizia di notte c'è sempre rumore) ma la vera delusione per me è stata la puzza nei 2 bagni senza finestre, probabilmente scarsa manutenzione dei sifoni o impianto fatto male. Inoltre l'acqua calda del boiler elettrico è limitata, 2 docce lunghe e sei già praticamente solo con acqua fredda per ore. Difetti che hanno reso molto deludente il soggiorno.

Excelente departamento, es pequeño pero con una excelente distribución y gran diseño. Ubicación inmejorable y a pesar de estar en el centro de la zona comercial y restaurantes está muy bien insonorizado. Muy recomendable!!
