Very uncomfortable stay

Dirty and very uncomfortable. Broken bed base. No hot water until third day of stay. Locks on window and patio doors broken. Electric sockets broken or loose. Extremely noisy as flat was directly on main road with a restaurant at the other side. Although the hot water and cleaning were resolved the other issues were never addressed. Promise of compensation for lack of hot water has not as yet been agreed or received.
