Good morning Mr. David. It is really strange to check your feedback full of anger or maybe, lack of generosity. Firstly, you note that our hotel is located in suburb (far from city center). However, our location was strategically built between downtown and airport (15 minutes both by car), being highly appreciated in guest reviews. At the same time, you mention and i quote: "no water, no coffee"...offering a restaurant and a cozy courtyard to get both. And finally, if thought that our amenities were not enough -in your personal view-, it could have been managed at reception properly well through a call. It will have be solved kindly. Did you feel unhappy for your time spent here?. Maybe, our hotel does not match in your standard of accomodation. Nevertheless, thanks for your time spent in ratin us. Kindest regards.
