This one bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished and it is located in the western district of the centre of Málaga, approximately 1 kilometre from train station María Zambrano and only 10 kilometres from the airport of Málaga.



It is an ideal location as it is close to the historical centre of the city without being subject to the noise from the most popular streets amongst tourist and locals, therefore the location enables you to enjoy sightseeing on foot without sacrificing rest and tranquillity.

Very close to the apartment you will find a commercial centre with dozens of popular brand shops called Vialia, located inside the train station, plus the Larios Centro.

This is a one bedroom apartment with 2 single beds and it sleeps a total of 4 people.

The area where the apartment is located in quiet and so is the apartment itself. It does not have views as it faces towards the interior of the building, but it does have a 40m2 patio which enjoys the sun for many hours of the day. It has exterior furniture for lunches and dinners and for sunbathing.

The apartment has a bathroom with spacious shower and an open plan kitchen / living dining room which also houses a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.

The kitchen with breakfast bar has all the necessary kitchenware and appliances that you will need during your stay.

There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Note:

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day

Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:

Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il était propre, bien équipé, bien situé 🙏l’appartement est à 10 mins à pied de la gare, il y a plusieurs épiceries à côté donc c’est vraiment facile de faire les courses 😃De plus, le personnel d’Holiday2Malaga était aimable, compétent, accueillant et respectueux 🙏 Nous les remercions beaucoup pour cela 🙏Si nous revenons à Malaga, nous réserverons avec eux sans hésiter 🙏
