Location is easy to find. Not far from the cathedral, not far from beach. Shops and resturants are literally below and around the building. There's a supermarket like a 1 minute walk away. The people who manage this place were great. Communication via WhatsApp, they let me know the procedures and when the apartment was ready. The staff I saw in the building were friendly. The apartment itself is secure, light and airy. The building had a lift. The bathroom, bedroom and hallway all had windows. All the light fixtures I tried worked. There was plug sockets by the bed. The bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing, there's not much room in the bathroom itself but plenty in the shower. There was plenty of glasses, cutlery plates, cooking utensils, etc (although not needed as I was on my own) The place was spotlessly clean. Super extra bonus points on the following: - this is THE only apartment that has olive oil already here. Every place i have stayed at, I have had to buy some and leave it! - Ice cube tray in the freezer too.. and full of ice. Again first place I've stayed to do this so big brownie points esp as it was around 33degrees when I arrived. - There was different variety of pillows to chose from. - There's a small little balcony. Only 2 minor niggles, i didnt like the rug by the sofa (too hard for my tired feet) and no air con in bedroom. Overall, really happy with the place. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing customer service but the wifi was not working at all. They tried to fix it but only worked for 15 mins. Pros: Location was great and everything was walking distance. Con: wifi not working

Excellent location , really central , could not get better really . Nice small apartment block , terrace was very big and sunny with table chairs and sunchairs. Just note , there is some building work laterally next to the apartment ,looks like a new apartment block being built that will may take some time to be finished. Overall excellent small apartment in the very heart of Malaga.

A hostel with a good location- fake pics
A hostel with a good location-that’s it. Cleaning was disappointing; utilities didn’t work and noisy a/c. No details at all. The pictures they posted has nothing to do with the real apartment.

Apartment was in a good location, communications with the off site staff were fairly simple. Three adults stayed for two days (father, mother and adult daughter). Apartment is basic, could have used more than a roll and a 1/4 of toilet paper.

The property is extremely central, but the apartment was very quiet for such a busy area. The terrace was lovely, and even larger than shown in the photo. The apartment was supplied with bottled water, orange juice, a small number of coffee filters, and breakfast pasties and drinks, which we appreciated. The WiFi was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checking in and out were straightforward.

a gem of a place to stay
Perfect location for discovering the historic area of Malaga . The actual apartment was very comfortable and had a terrace with views to die for ! One is also spoiled for good interesting to dine out without breaking the bank.

Excellent location. Reception open from 2-9. Had to wait to have apartment ready till 3:30 which was no problem as we went to have lunch they kept our language in reception. Wonderful rooftop patio with beautiful views

Apartment is on the small side but there is only one air-conditioning unit for the living room and bedroom and isn't big enough to cool the entire unit. There was no fan and even with the bedroom door left open it was on the warm side. Bed and sofa beds very comfortable, location was great

Excellent location near the heart of old town and 12-15 min from Malagueta beach. Parking nearby is an issue, but private parkings are available, at a considerable price. We had a good time there and I can recommend the location.

We stayed two nights in the duplex with a large terrace. The location and views were excellent. The second level bedroom was very nicely done. The only drawback for us was that the kitchen wares were very limited and the patio chairs could use updating. There is construction next door, but it reall didn’t bother us.

Stay away, great location but nasty place!
-NO info on having to fetch keys in another location when checking in late. This come as a surprise day before check-in. -NO daily cleaning, despite saying so on the web page! Had to call and complain to even get one cleaning in a week. -NO reliable Internet connection. Had almost 24h of service in a week... - Rooms are dirty. Full of dust under beds,... - The site is a construction area, and will continue to be for a long time. If you enjoy walking up early to drilling sounds, this is the place for you! - To conclude, the place is in a great location, close to alot of sights, but stay away. Better to pay a bit more and stay elsewhere!

Great location to explore Malaga
We had a wonderful 1 day stay at Soho Boutique La Merced. The apartment is very close to the Alcazaba, Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga and lots of restaurants including El Pampi. The studio apartment we stayed is on the ground floor, effectively air conditioned. Maria was very helpful and made our first stay with an apartment hotel enjoyable. She provided information via Hotels.com conversation portal/email prior to our stay, the key collection at Marquesa de Moya number 9 was very easy, Maria walked us to the Soho Boutique La Merced (less than 5 mins away) and recommended a few places to visit and restaurants. Maria said that late arrivals (after 9 pm) can collect keys at Hotel Soho Malaga, at number 9 in Cordoba Street, and luggages can be stored at Hotel Soho Malaga.

Great Apartment in the Old Town
The apartments are superbly located for exploring the old town. While the area is quite noisy during the day due to construction work, this is true across most of the old town. The building has a lift, which was handy as our apartment was on the top (UK 3rd) floor, and the duplex apartment with terrace that we stayed in was amazing. The lower floor holds an open plan living / dining area with small kitchen, as well as a compact bathroom, while the upper floor consists of a single, triple-aspect tower bedroom with access to a huge private terrace. All the key areas of the apartment were clean and the kitchen, while fully equipped, provided only basic utensils - generally fine for what we needed. The bed was an adequate size and very comfortable, while the shower was excellent with unlimited hot water. Air-conditioning is provided in both bedroom and living room and the apartment has 2 TVs, with wifi reception generally very good. The only minor downside was a lack of storage space: while there were enough hangers for clothing, there were no drawers and only a single bedside cupboard each for everything else. The large furnished terrace is another major highlight of the apartment, providing lots of room for relaxing, reading or sunbathing. It isn't overlooked and provides several decent views. The service was excellent - when we reported a broken coffee maker it was replaced witin 2 hours, while an issue with the wifi was also quickly sorted.

Tricky finding address to pick up key at Feel hostel, as it was tucked away. Apartment was 5 minutes walk away. Had to return key after stay to Feel hostel. Good location for old Malaga. Hostel receptionist was very helpful & spoke English. Apartment ok an overnight stay, just too noisy with construction work from 6.30am!

We enjoyed location, comfortable and cute accommodation. Lovely roof terrace. Checkin instructions were not so good. You actually had to collect the key from a hotel round the corner which would have been easy if we had known before arriving at the flat. We arrived at the flat and then had to ring up to try and find out how to get the keys which caused unnecessary stress on our arrival.

We read prior reviews so knew to park at the parking garage close to plaza Merced and pick up keys from Feel hostels city center. Perfect location, budget accommodation with a view towards the plaza. Add 25 euro to the cost to pay for nearby parking.

Our stay at the Feel Apts. was only one night - but it was very nice. It should be made more clear though that check in and getting you key is NOT at the address of the place we were staying. Bad directions too find where we needed to check in... the result was a lot of extra dragging suitcases around.

Very central, close to all attractions. Clean and safe , there is a key to the building door. Aircon was working well. Looks like has been recently renovated. Overall good place to stay in Malaga. Cons: We asked for a double bed at the time of booking and got two single beds, hotel did not mention anything which was a bit disappointing. Also the check-in is not at the apartment , but at Plaza del Carbon Feel Hostel reception, which is two minutes walk, but they don't tell you about it in advance, would have saved us walking in the heat with the bags back and forth.

Nice apartment in central location
When we booked it was advertised as having a 24 hr reception which was not the case. I arrived with my 76 yr old mother and the door to apartments was locked it was only when another couple arrived they informed us the parent hostel 10 minute walk away had the reception which we had to collect the key from. This was not explained on booking and no directions was given on how to get there, which I found disappointing as I would not have booked if I had known that we had to make our way to get the key and also return the key to the same location at 5 am as we had an early flight. Which meant leaving my mother who has walking issues by the taxi rank while I ran to drop off the key. The wifi was not great, not enough cutlery and air con only in the living room. Apartment 2a gets all the noise of the tapas bar setting up at 8am every morning and where people sit outside and eat until after midnight. Staying in the central location was great and the apartment was cleaned every 3 days but due no reception and poor wifi I do not think I would stay at this apartment again. I wish ebookers had informed us of the issue and then we could have made an informed decision and provided information on key collection - lovely city but ebookers needs to change the description and let its customers know what they are in for and provide a comprehensive map as after travelling taking a taxi to location you don't expect to have to trek to another location in a unfamiliar place to collect a key.

Nice apartment in safe central area
Apartment was nice in a great area just around the corner from Plaza De La Merced. Grateful for the lift which was a nice surprise as although we were only on the second floor we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

the apartment has not view at all. the picture in the website is totally fake. They don't provide towels unless you ask for it. They turned the Wi-Fi off in our last night. no phone to call the reception. Better too book another location other than this for the the price. It is not worth it.

The location is very good but re/ service, we had to go to pick up the keys from somewhere further with our luggage! It was so inconvenient especially no one to ask. We had to call to find that out. Re/cleanliness, apartment towels were so disgustingly dirty, I vomited when I tried to use one. The bedroom has no air condition though the weather was so humid & hot. I think overall it is over priced.
