Very nice and in a strategic place to stay in the historical centre of Malaga. Apartments equiped with all the needs for a long stay and/or for a family friendly holiday. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Malaga without giving up the comforts provided by a real apartment.

Right in the old town. Close to attractions and places to eat. It was right beside a cafe and a restaurant so a bit noisy until midnight in the living room but not in the bedroom. Had a washing machine which was great.

You are right in the center to everything. Accommodations were good. However, if you stay in apt 2, you will hear everything in the court area inside the building at night and mornings because your windows face it. There was an issue with a sofa cushion that I communicated with the owner before checkng out. Tip-don't use the sofa cushions as pillows on the bed. Area itself is safe.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The area was central and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and museums, and it was quiet for sleeping, despite how busy it was outside. The management were especially helpful - when our washing machine wasn't working, they had a handyman on site within an hour and it was fixed the next day. We were so grateful! The only downside was that the living area of the apartment lacked natural light, and I missed being able to open a window to see the daylight. Otherwise it was very reasonably priced for the quality.

Some advice for the property manger

The washing machine was broken. The instructions was not sent correctly caused us trouble to get after we arrived since we didn’t have Spain phone number. We booked for three people, there was a sofa bed and a double bed which was too small for two people. The location was good and the property was clean though.

Location is good altho locating the building can be a challenge especially for a first timer. Reception sent the apartment access details via WhatsApp when I wanted them sent to my private email. Apartment (#1) needs a bit of upgrade or tlc, Cafes and tapas bar next door (the latter can get noisy late at night till the early morning hours.

Scam Artists!

When we arrived at the apartment at 10pm to check in, we were informed that the apartment we booked was no longer available, but that they had a similar apartment available for us at a nearby property. Various incoherent explanations were provided – the drought!, construction taking place in the room, etc. Given the lateness of the hour, we had little choice but to view the other apartment and accept it, despite the fact that the substitute apt was on the ground floor facing the street and 100ft away from a nightclub that was thumping till about 5am. My analysis is that the tenants of apartment in which they ended up sticking us had complained about the noise and had been re-assigned to the apartment which we had reserved. In addition we found a piece of broken glass on the floor of the bathroom, so their housekeeping is none too trustworthy either. These guys are shady to say the least and should be avoided at all costs!

El personal fue maravilloso la mucha que nos atendió muy detallista y simpática y la Mujer que arreglaba las habitaciones súper simpática.la habitación está limpia pero tenía desperfectos : 1. el suelo de la habitación sonaba tanto que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche 2. Muchas de las baldosas del patio estaban sueltas muy peligroso 3. El baño tiene muchas humedades y el mueble del baño muy estropeado dando sensación de abandono Nota: A pesar de tener una buena impresión al llegar apartamento muy bonito atención maravillosa por parte del personal a medida que íbamos adaptándonos lo que he comentado. No volvería a ir pues no se puede descansar

Apparement au coeur de Malaga

L’emplacement du logement est au centre : tout se fait à pied. Le bâtiment est très bien entretenu. L’appartement est spacieux avec une petite terrasse. Seul bémol, l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche, un rafraîchissement des meubles serait utile (salle de bain et cuisine).
