The hostel is great. Lovely front desk workers who are 100% here to help. The bed is comfy, the shower is good. The only problem is with the WiFi and clean water. The WiFi does not work, like at all. I’ve heard a lot of people complaining to the front desk about it too. Also, there is no filtered water. You have to buy water bottles or go to the pharmacy to fill up (might be a charge tho). And I wish there were security lockers. You can leave your stuff with the front desk but it would be nice if I could put my whole backpack in a locker. Otherwise, each bed seems to have a light and an outlet which is wonderful. Would stay here again but I need WiFi look up things to do!

I can sleep very well that night, cause i think its not mosquito, but some bug hopefully not bedbug, bit me. its hurt a lot. but the rest of the stay was happening.

Comfortable place to rest for the price paid.
Good amenities! Just bring your bags. Beds were a bit creaky. Air cond was working but air circulation was blocked due to 2 bunk beds. Those sleeping on top were freezing while those at the bottom have to wait a while longer.

The place is very very good for its price. The room and bathrooms all look very new, and are taken care of very well, rooms and bathrooms always smell really nice, and all facilities are always provided. Only room for improvement would be the owner of the place could provide some information about Malacca and the must visit places.

Spent two nights here, the room was ok apart from a smell that lingered, a damp musky smell. The loft beds are unstable and a little too close to the ceiling that is rather dirty and has holes in it which is not nice to have above you while you sleep. All but one of the bed side lamps worked and of very bad quality. I did particularly sleep well on either of the nights, my suspicions are that there were bed bugs. Also the electrics in the room were dodgy as they crackled whenever you switched the lights on. All in all it needs work.

Not comfortable as we had to faced strangers
During our bedtime, someone keep knocking our doors. He tried to open our door and its really threatened us. We had to called the police to make sure our safety since the receptionist already going back. After that, in the morning our floor went blackout. Its about 2 hours we have to wait for the receptionist to come and try to fix the problem. Really im very dissapoined with the management. I hope this will not happen again to other customers

Dear Azzatul, please accept our sincere apologies for the power interruption. As mentioned on the day itself, one of the guest's charger was faulty that causes the trip. And for the door knocking issue, it was our in-house guest who knocked your door wrongly and it's showing on our CCTV. Upon receiving your call, i immediately proceeded to level 1 to bring the guest back to his room (I was there during the incident). Please be assured that our guest safety is our top priority, all of our doors are secured with locks and the entire hostel is covered by CCTV.

Not bad for the price
My stay didn't get off to the best start. The hostel reception is up 3 flights of steep stairs so hauling my bag up was tricky - probably fine for people with backpacks though. The guy at reception wasn't very helpful and couldn't find my booking, even though I had the confirmation and showed it to him. It was all sorted out once he rung someone and confirmed. The dorm room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is okay, about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main attractions. One downside is that there's no common area except for a small couch in the crammed and boiling hot reception area. This means that people gather and chat in the dorm room, which is fine during the day but difficult at night when others are sleeping.

Good for a short stay, cheap,clean,and comfortable
only a short stay over in Melaka, so needed a simple hostel. was def what i needed: a bed in a clean hostel. wifi worked, air con worked. all good. Was immediately contacted by the hostel to double check my arrival time.

very spacious room, and you have choices og either loft beds or ground single beds. soap and shampoo are included. not a party hostel so you can get a good night sleep. very helpful staff (Harris).

Dear Sir/Madam, Per our daily records in September, we only recorded one incident which involving 2 guests who were staying side by side room and it's due to loud laughing noise in the middle of the night. CCTV footage reviews that the "employee" that you referred was actually a guest staying next to you. It has nothing to do with our employee, and we have never had any aggressive employee. Gostei tanto que reservei por todos os dias que está no menor preço da cidade! O Quarto é Enorme e possui as áreas comuns. A cama confortável. O banheiro não tem discarga funcionando e a pia (Tem um balde e a torneira da ducha ao lado do vaso). Tem shampoo livre no banheiro, só o sistema não é com pressão e sim tampa ... No terrasso da para tomar o banho de sol do meio dia (que aqui é as 13h07). Gostei, Sistema Inédito!

很棒的住宿體驗，下次會再選擇這間
員工非常好，熱心助人，有任何需要一定馬上幫忙，房間與廁所也打掃的很乾淨，每次客人退房一定會將床單，被子全部換過。 有飲水機與洗衣機可以免費使用 住宿離各個景點都很近，走路可以到 唯一的小缺點就是wifi速度太慢

快適な部屋と親切なスタッフ
部屋は価格からすると十分きれいで、かなり広々としています。 バスルームは共用で、それほどきれいではないですが、旅慣れてる人なら全然大丈夫だと思います。 大部屋ですが鍵付きのロッカーがあり、セキュリティは大丈夫だと思います。 入口も暗証番号を入れて鍵を開ける仕組みです。 スタッフが親切でお勧めの店までわざわざ10分ぐらい歩いて連れて行ってくれました。

清潔感で選ぶなら。
とにかく部屋が清潔。この安さでこの快適さはなかなかありません。 繁華街からは少し離れているため少々の移動は伴いますが、ホステルの周囲は何カ所かマーケットがあるので、食事に困ることはないでしょう。

도미토리 룸은 넓어서 안락해요. 직원도 친절하구요. 화장실도 말레이시아인걸 감안하면 넓고 깨끗해요. 다만 한가지 아쉽다면 와이파이가 잘 안되요~ 왜 이렇게 싼지 이상할 정도예요~ ^^

I really liked this little hostel that stands 10mins from Melaka city center. the staff was adorable, everything was clean, and the size of the dormitory is very appreciable. is great not to be on top of each other... you can kind of have your own space. plus the mattress is awesome! I recommand this place for anyone passing by the city and wants a descent place.

いろいろ調べてここに泊まって本当に良かった。清潔❗️快適❗️安全❗️ エアコンも効きすぎくらいに快適、熟睡できた。ロッカーも完備。 １つだけ欠点をいえば、トイレとシャワーが男女各１つしかないこと、別に不便は感じなかったけど。
