The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. It was good because the tourist attraction was close. At check-in, Victoria was so kind and sweet that she made me feel good. The hotel and the hoom were really pretty and clean. Thanks to you, I enjoyed my trip to Malacca. Absolutely no soundproofing- at 10pm, we could hear loud music blaring from our neighbor (which is the staff quarters) Bedsheets and blanket are of a poor quality material, probably nylon. It was very stuffy and affected my sleep quality. New hotel but the showerheads are already leaking. Room was a little dirty with hair on the floor of the bathroom.
