I felt uncomfortable and ask for change of room then this process is fast. Small room and doesn't feel so comfortable inside, felt more like Hostel. The pathway from the lift to the room is without aircond. Toilet and cleanliness was acceptable. I had stayed here a few times but this time it was AWFUL. Rooms were dirty, Dusty and not cared for, The room provided was without any view and faced an alley way where waste bins were kept. The amenities - Shower was BROKEN. NO SOAP. The coffee / tea sachets though complementary never had normal tea. Only Green Tea. The Breakfast was basic, Can get better breakfast opposite or at McD's. The room service was as good as non-existent as nobody every came to address these issues. Not sure if Hotels.com has any way to address this but I wouldn't consider going here again.
