I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. We like the location near Jonkers and the room quality has been reasonably consistent over the years and pricing is ok. Breakfast quality is basic. The coffee was somewhat weak.
