Both Lift wasn't working so had to climb 6 floors to the appt. Bedsheets and towels were with yellow stains. One of the toilet heater not working. Party ongoing somewhere in premise into the wee hours. This is helpful especially when there was some minor hiccups- no towels and toiletries, cannot unlock the unit from outside. WiFi was also not working. On the plus side, the unit was reasonably big, has a very good view and is well maintained. Room was nice n neat. Only the beds were flimzy and check in was complicated as we had to call the agent to come and handover keys instead of the hotel check in. And not sure why they kept massaging and asking if i need this and that. Should improvise on customer relation skills as its not a professional way to deal with guest. Have booked three apartments. Have clearly indicated it's 3 to an apartment. However, all towels and necessities are prepared for only 2 pax. Blankets stained. Hot water turn cold after awhile. No direct passage to Malls.
