Receptionist had no note of my booking and was annoyed when I refused to accept a dirty room. He showed me 5 others all with the same issues (hair in the bed and on the floor, grimey bathrooms, bad condition, one had a cockroach etc). Ground floor room was noisy as directly behind reception and all guests walking past to get to the lift. Deposits needed to get the key and a list on reception to note all chargeable items or breakages, even hangers. Really bad first impressions and disengaged staff.
