Service is warm and attentive, adding a personal touch to my stay. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the overall ambiance feels both cozy and elegant. A couple of things to note: WiFi can be weak at times, and while the hotel advertises on-site parking, spaces are quite limited. Also, there are no elevators, so be prepared for some staircase climbing. 😅 Overall, Heeren Palm Suites is a wonderful choice for those looking for a blend of heritage charm, comfort, and a prime location in Melaka!
