Bed are comfy. Get free upgrade during my stay. Staff were so helpful. Cons: Ordered food and it came disappointing. The nasi goreng were cold and even the portion of chicken chop are not worth the money. Toilet were not cleaned properly. There some pad hidden at the sink and no toilettries provided. The bed sheet also very dirty and we have to call them to change the bed sheet.
